Municipal Leaders of the Year: The Northeast Ohio Mayors & City Managers Association
The Northeast Ohio Municipal Leader Magazine is dedicated to honoring those individuals who make a difference in their communities. Each year we ask our readers to nominate municipal officials in their community who should be recognized for their accomplishments. We are always impressed with both the number of applications submitted and the caliber of those candidates. Thank you to all who submitted applications for our “Municipal Leader of the Year Award.”
After much deliberation, we have decided to do something a little unusual. Rather than give this year’s award to a single leader, we decided to recognize the outstanding efforts of a team of leaders. Congratulations to the Northeast Ohio Mayors and City Managers Association (NEOM&CMA) for being chosen as the Municipal Leader of the Year, 2008. NEOM&CMA was chosen because of its innovative and courageous pursuit of regionalism across our communities. [...more]
